Invoice Settings
Our system will automatically generate the invoices on your behalf. Pallet Clearance DOES NOT intermediate the sale of products and only serves as a marketplace presenting the offers of different suppliers and processing the payment and delivery.
At checkout, customers are invited to pay in advance using a debit or credit card. Our system will generate an invoice with a serial number that you can define, for example serial can be FF and the starting number 1000. You will have to let your accountant know the new series of invoices that you will use in our platform.
All our invoices will include the selling fees of 3.5% and the delivery charges which are calculated automatically by our AI. Both, the selling fees and delivery charges will be kept by Pallet Clearance before the payouts.
Payouts are made on a weekly bases by bank transfer to the account you've set up in our platform at no extra costs, the minimum payout it's £100.
VAT Settings
Our platform it's integrated with HMRC and VIES for LIVE VAT status checkings but also supports OSS and individual VAT registration in any other country.
In short terms, anyone can buy your products on Pallet Clearance and our system will determine automatically how much VAT should be charged.
On top of these, we also have a VAT settings section for each product category so you can sell products with VAT 0%, 5%, 20% and so on.
As our system will determine automatically the VAT rate, all products must be entered or communicated to the Virtual Assistant with prices EXW, and WITHOUT VAT.
Invoices List
All your orders are available under the Sales menu, you can see the generated invoices for both Active Sales and for Completed Sales in your Pallet Clearance dashboard.
Based on the product category VAT rate in the UK, your VAT status and the location and VAT status of the customer the invoicing system will determine automatically VAT value.
Order Details
Within an order you'll find information about the customer delivery and billing address, ordered products, delivery fees, payment methods and of course the products ordered.
Each order will have a "processing" status until the delivery it's organised.
Packaging Optimisation & Labels
Each order comes with the AWB number, packaging list, optimised parcels or pallets information and the required labels that you must print and stick to the boxes / pallets.
Invoice Details
Our system will automatically generate the invoice between you and the customer. Total amount will include the selling fees of 3.5% and the delivery charges, both will be kept by PalletClearance.com before the payout.
