How it works
The easiest way to become a wholesale broker
Find a manufacturer or importer
First of all you'll need a few suppliers for your products, it doesn't matter if they offers drop shipping services or not, simply get a trade price list with EXW prices (without delivery cost included).
Define the warehouses locations
In your seller dashboard under the warehouses menu click on add a warehouse. Confirm with the supplier the opening hours, any road restrictions and if they have a forklift or not.
Import the offers
You can either list an offer manually like on any other eCommerce platform or you can import a CSV file with all your offers. In any case, you'll have to select from which supplier the goods must be collected.

How many suppliers can I have?

Who's paying for delivery?
The delivery cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on what products the customer has added in the shopping cart, where they are leaving from and where they need to be delivered.
Who's invoicing the customer?
Pallet Clearance will use the self-invoice system to generate an invoice in your name. There are proforma invoices if the customer wants to pay by bank transfer and sale invoices which are generated automatically if the customer will pay by card online.
Who provides the transport?
The B2B clearance platform is connected directly to our shipping provider BidTrans, prices displayed do not include shipping but are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location, the supplier's warehouse location and the quantity of products placed in your cart. PalletClearance.com and partner platforms have obtained the best shipping prices from BidTrans due to the volumes of goods transported. The vans and trucks of BidTrans carriers come with CMR insurance and experienced drivers who help ensure that your goods are delivered in maximum safety.
Can I become a supplier?
Of course, we are always looking for serious suppliers and products with a good quality-price ratio. If you are a direct importer or manufacturer you can contact us to discuss more about a possible collaboration or you can use this form to sign up.
Please note, for legal reasons and to improve our customers' safety, we only work with limited or publicly listed companies, we do not allow self-employed or private individuals to sell on our platform.
Do you also sell to public?
In short, no! PalletClearance.com is a platform intended exclusively for business-to-business sales, a B2B market place, therefore customers can only be companies or self-employed.
